Welcome to the Pennsville Memorial H.S. Online Registration

Registration is now open for the 2024-2025 School Year.

You may register for Fall, Winter, and Spring Sports at this time. Only register for 1 sport each season.

Fall Sports Practices Begin:  Football (8/12), Girls Tennis (8/12, All others (8/19), Marching Band Camp (8/26)

Winter Sports Practices Begin: Monday, Nov. 27th

Spring Sports Practices Begin: Friday, March 14th (B. Tennis - March 11th)

STOP: PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW...

 Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the last exam. DO NOT DELAY in getting your physicals done and submitted!

The Health History Update below must also be turned in with the health clearance form.

The NJDOE and NJSIAA are no longer requiring the Physical Forms to be submitted to the school district, only the final clearance eligibility form from your Health Provider.  The original copy of the physical form should be kept on file with your home healthcare provider.  

 Allergy and Asthma forms are required if it is documented.

**ASK FIRST - Has your primary care physician completed the NJ Cardiac Arrest Module?  If not, the physical will NOT be valid.

Please turn in the health history update page and the medical clearance form to the school ASAP for faster clearance.

Delaware sports forms are not acceptable!

Once your physicals are approved by our school physician, you will receive an approval letter via email to the address you provided during the registration process.

Coaches will also receive all contact information once a student is approved.  Practice information will be distributed by the coaching staff. If you have questions or need
